Rules and Eligibility Requirements

To be an eligible referral, the referred RN must not already be in NursingJobs.com candidate database.
Referred candidate must be hired for a NursingJobs.com "Featured Job" (as noted in the job description) through our Nursingjobs.com Career Specialist, have started the position for the referral bonuses to be paid, and worked for a minimum of 60 (sixty) days.
In a case of “reciprocal referring” (i.e., one candidate referring another and that same candidate referring the first), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the healthcare professionals.
Referred candidate must start within one year of the application date that the referral was associated with. No exceptions are made.
